1. How will I know if I will like the ornament I created?We take great care to make an ornament you will enjoy for years to come. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ornament, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges within 30 days. We want you to be happy, so if at anytime you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
2. Can I create an ornament that is not listed on your website?Most of the time, yes. Occasionally we will have people ask to create a "human" figure that resembles someone. These types of ornaments are not our specialty. We cannot do them at this time. If you want an animal that is not listed, we will work with you to come up with a beautiful ornament that you will cherish year after year. You will need to order an ornament before we get started. This way we know you are serious about your ornament. If for some reason we cannot come up with an ornament you like, we will refund your money. We also have a limited supply of ornament colors that are not listed. If you want something different, be sure to ask what is available, we may have your favorite color. If there is a theme that you want that is not listed, we will do our best to get it for you, however there could be a delay in your ornament. I live in the sticks, so I can't just run down the street to the local store. I do usually go about once a week. Back to Top
3. What is the size of your ornaments? The size ornament we offer is about 3 inches or so. I know if sounds small, but they are a good size. They are about the size of a racket ball.
4. Can I get an ornament EXACTLY like one of the ones on your site? No, Each ornament is hand made, therefore each one will have its own unique character. You are getting a truly one of a kind collectible.
5. I would like my pet made into an ornament, can you do this? Yes! We do need you to realize that this is a representation of your animal and is not meant to be an exact replica. If your animal has special markings, we do now require a picture. A few years ago I had several people describe their animal, just to get it wrong several times. (Was told a white stripe down the nose, when in reality it was brown, etc.) I do my best to get the coloring and markings correct, but that is best done with a picture.
6. Are your fabric charms pre-washed? Yes, the fabrics for the bug jars and the matching game quilts are pre-washed. The Kaleidoscopes are not. This is because of the cutting process. Please do not be discouraged by this. I have made quite a few quilts without pre-washing the fabric and I have never had a problem! Please do not try to wash your kaleidoscope triangles when you get them. This will most likely ruin your fabric.
7. Can I get your fabrics in larger pieces? No, at this time we only buy a small quantity of each print. A lot of the time the fabrics we find are out of print, so even if we wanted a bolt of it we would not be able to get it. We wash & cut up the fabric, very soon after it has been purchased. I buy my fabric from all over. I search my local stores, the web and even eBay to find my fabrics. I will not be able to point you in the right direction to purchase yardage of these fabrics. As for manufacturers of these prints. When I started my business, I had no idea how popular these fabrics would be. I initially only offered kits and did not list the fabrics individually. I had a lot of people wanting to pick and choose, so I added them individually. I did not take the time to record the manufacturer. I know this is disappointing. I would be too. I get several emails a day requesting the above information. I really do wish, I had made note of that information. I also wish I could offer yardage. Maybe when I am rich and famous! I know this is going to upset many people, but I will no longer answer individual emails about fabric yardage and/or suppliers, the answer is always the same...
8. Is your site secure?Yes! Our site is secure. You can tell this by looking down at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, while checking out there is a picture of a lock. If the lock is closed, the site is secure. (

keep in mind that every computer is different. The above information is
true of every computer in my home (4 right now...) If at any time you do
not feel comfortable placing an order on line, please feel free to mail your
payment. You can put each fabric you want into the shopping cart, print it
out and send with your check or money order. It will give you the total
including shipping. Please note there is a 7 day holding period for ALL
checks. If you send me your email as well, I will let you know when it has
been shipped.
9. What are your shipping charges? Shipping varies with the order and where you live. Within the US fabric starts at $1.00 for up to 12 pieces of fabric. Ornaments start at $5.50. All shipping charges, with the exception of overseas and Canadian orders, are calculated prior to completing your order. International buyers, please click here for more info.
10. Why are you no longer offering small and large ornaments?I was trying very hard to get the same color of ornament with all 3 sizes and offer all the extras as well. This did not seem to work. The 2006 holiday season was the that I offered all three sizes, the majority of the ornaments purchase were medium. Only a handful of large and small ornaments were ordered. So instead of trying to get all three sizes, I decided to offer a larger selection of colors in one size. Besides, the medium is a great size. Not too small and not too large! I will be trying to list my left over ornaments on ebay. If you would like to look me up just follow this link! Snowflake Designs11. Why don't you list your phone number? It seemed that the only calls I was getting were questions regarding my fabric. I was getting several angry calls a day asking why I would not sell yardage. I don't sell larger pieces, because then I would not be able to offer as large a selection. Please see above.
